By creating an account and using Medic8, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to create and use a Medic8 account. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
Medic8 is intended for use by pre-clinical and pre-medical students for educational purposes only.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of content, and are not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of the platform, including examination performance, interview offers or admission into any university programme.
Content on Medic8 is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Do not use this platform as a substitute for professional medical judgement or clinical training.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free accounts have access to a limited set of questions. Paid access is granted manually following payment and confirmation from our team.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account, resell or redistribute content, or use the platform for any commercial purpose.
All question content on Medic8 is original and owned by Medic8, and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any questions, explanations, diagrams or website materials without written permission.
We aim to keep Medic8 available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues and events outside our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach of the above terms, misuse the platform or infringe intellectual property rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective once published on the platform. Continued use of Medic8 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with Medic8 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
